Pristine complex, lively.
The Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards wines come from the historic Greata Ranch vineyard nestled between Summerland and Peachland, along HWY 97. Owned by the Fitzpatrick family (formerly of CedarCreek), this traditional method fizz is made with the same philosophy as smaller batch Grower Champagnes are - from estate fruit.
Made entirely from Pinot Noir and having spent no less than 36 months aging on less, it is a delicate salmony-pink hue with a tiny persistent bead and aromas of cranberry, raspberry, tangerine, peach strudel and vanilla. It's a serious bubble; bracing, bone-dry and focused. Pristine with a creamy mousse, it also boasts tannic structure. The finish is lengthy and trails flavours of red apple skin and citrus.
